Self-Drive Process

For driveable vehicles moved by an allocated driver.

  1. RequestThe customer requests to move a vehicle from point A to point B.
  2. AllocationThe vehicle is allocated to a driver.
  3. InspectionThe driver inspects the vehicle and collects it.
  4. TransportThe driver transports the vehicle from point A to point B.
  5. DeliveryAt the destination, the driver cleans the vehicle and completes delivery.

Van & Trailer Process

For vehicles moved securely on a trailer.

  1. RequestThe customer requests to move a vehicle from point A to point B.
  2. AllocationA transport vehicle and driver are allocated for the request.
  3. LoadingThe driver inspects the vehicle, loads it onto the trailer and straps it down.
  4. TransportThe driver transports the vehicle to the destination area.
  5. CleaningThe driver drops the vehicle at a car wash or car detailer.
  6. Final DeliveryThe vehicle is strapped onto the trailer again and delivered to the specific destination.

Truck Transport Process

For run and non-run vehicles moved through a depot process.

  1. PlanningTruck transport is planned as either a non-run or run vehicle movement.
  2. AccessUnlike flatbeds, trucks do not arrive on-site to collect the vehicle directly.
  3. Flatbed LinkA flatbed first transports the vehicle to the truck or depot.
  4. Depot LoadingThe vehicle is moved to a depot and loaded onto the truck using equipment such as a forklift.
  5. TransportThe truck transports the vehicle toward the destination route.

Flatbed Transport Process

For direct pickup, secure loading and destination handover.

  1. RequestThe customer requests to move a vehicle from point A to point B.
  2. AllocationA flatbed vehicle and driver are allocated for the request.
  3. InspectionThe driver inspects the vehicle before loading.
  4. LoadingThe vehicle is loaded onto the flatbed and secured for transport.
  5. DeliveryThe driver transports the vehicle and completes delivery at the destination.
